There are many ways to begin the Peaceful Weight Loss process. The book, DVDs, and At Home with Peaceful Weight Loss™, a monthly DVD membership, are available for you to get started. Brandt runs seminars which range from 2 hours to 10 days. Private sessions with Brandt are available online or in person in his Northampton, MA office. There are other certified practitioners that you can work with and more are being trained now to spread the reach further.
