Private Sessions

Sessions typically consist of:

  • Private yoga instruction geared towards building a practice you can do on your own.
  • Food coaching to help you develop sustainable food choices and eating habits that will help you reach your ideal weight.

 

  • My rate is $90 per hour
  • I generally recommend 2-4 monthly sessions
  • Some sliding-scale slots are available
  • All clients get email and "emergency" phone support
  • You will need a six-month commitment to realize change

My office is located on Main Street in Northampton, MA. I also offer phone and videoconferencing sessions.
